Welcome.

 The Mission of Poet4God is to help people reach their destiny through transformation.  That transformation may start with a bible verse, a line from a poem, a scene from a play or skit.  This website will utilize the gifts and talents God has entrusted to me to help that transformation began.  He has given me the gift of the written and spoken word.  That includes writing and performing poetry, plays and skits; developing and presenting various workshops; creating greeting cards and writing books. 

My first poetry book Meditations of the Heart is a collection of all my poems.  I have taken the poems in that book and recently published the following poetry books: Destiny Through Poetry, Ministry Through Poetry and Relationships Through Poetry.  It is my greatest hope that every poem in each of these books will point you to Christ; the guidance that can be found in His word; the peace that can be gained in prayer; and the power that is generated when they are combined.

Work has begun on my next book "Reflections".  In this book, I share poetry and insight God has given me on various scriptures and life in general.  When we see who we are (what's reflected) then we can see where we may need to change (transform).  Look for this book to be out by Thanksgiving. What a great gift idea!

I'm excited about my workshop "Becoming A Butterfly For Christ".  This workshop deals with the transformation that has to take place in order for us to reach our full potential in Christ.  My book, with the same title, will be available for purchase starting November 1st.
